I am very disappointed. Porsche Huntington previously evaluated my vehicle for a water leak but failed to identify the source. Despite conducting diagnostics and focusing their attention on the roof, they overlooked what turned out to be an obvious issue.
When I later discovered and pointed out the actual source of the problem, they requested yet another diagnostic—this after multiple evaluations over the past seven years. I’ve had eight diagnostics performed across three different dealerships, with each technician missing the issue.

I had to replace a rear tire on my 911. James the service manager was very effficient in getting me an appointment on short notice. I only had to wait less than one hour for the service dept to change the tire .
They are the best. Highly recommend. Staff was so helpful and accommodating. Ive been dealing w POH for quite a while and have always been treated great!

The staff at Huntington Porsche are outstanding, The Huntington team makes the car buying experience very pleasant and and stress fee. I purchased a new 2025 Macan T which my sales ambassador Sharika Fuchs helped me build and price. The Macan came out great and her knowledge and expertise were invaluable on this build. The entire process was also made simple by Dennis Gonzales (Finance) and Leo Floes who walked me through all the innovations and changes made to the '25 Macan. Highly recommend Huntington Porsche if you are interested in purchasing a new or used Porsche!!

Took two weeks to get “clearance” for loud brakes. After I complained the manager got involved and it was solved in 2 days…. Should never have taken 2 weeks. Also, the noise is still there… just quieter

Brought in my 911 for an oil change. 730 am. First appt. Techs didn’t arrive until 8 they didn’t take the car in until 830 Service took over 2 hours. A few weeks later the rear diffuser dropped to the road. Brought it to a local to put it up on a lift. The diffuser wasn’t installed correctly and I sustained damage to it bc your tech reinstalled incorrectly. Not professional and untrusting
The team is always so helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I am kept current as to the status of all requests. I would never drive another car or go anywhere else.

If you want a great Porsche call Darren Stewart at Huntington Porsche. I must say taking time to write this review is a pleasure. Darren handles New and Certified (CPO) Sales and earns 5 stars all around as well as his whole team. They did all the right things: knowledgable, communication, smooth transaction, honest, honorable and after the sale follow up. I am in my late 60's and this is by far the greatest auto sales experience I ever had.

Inconsistent. Unreliable. They have never been able to deliver a loaner when reserved. Amount of time car held was for work needed done was ridiculous.

Picked up car 2 days after service completed. Was asked to wait 1/2 hour to have car washed. Was told it was ready but that was not the case. Not time to wait should have been compensated with a future car wash at my convenience being that it was not ready for pick up as promised

Problem diagnosed very quickly. Part ordered took long time to come. Wrong part. Reordered. Came but additional part was needed. Took long time to come. One delay after another. Free loaner for three weeks. The cost was reasonable for luxury car.
This team is always efficient and good at communications - very friendly. Even though this is not the closest service department or sales team, I prefer them over Gold Coast by far.

Advisors great, care for car subpar at best and consistently poor. Picked up new car December 27 and the car was not clean and still had remains from wrapping on it plus dirt on seats, streaks on windows, dirt on paint and the car has a fish Oder. If not for my sales person mark I would not buy it bring a. My 5 Porsches bought there 4 I still own since 2016 back for service.

First time using this dealership for a recently purchased vehicle. Only went in for a NY State inspection. Had it done while I waited. Parking lot is tight, but the overall experience was fairly quick and friendly.
